  • IMPORTANT - After all items are in the shopping cart, enter promo code "PAYLATER" at checkout. TGMC accounting dept. will subtract the order total, including shipping, from the online donations total during the event closing process.
  • Please include the school name along with your name in the "Full Name" data field.
  • Allow 2 business days for your order to leave our facility and ship. We will send tracking once your order has shipped. If you have questions about your order please email customer service at info@thegetmovincrew.com
  • NEW FREE SHIPPING - tracking will be emailed to you once your order ships.

TGMC Return Policy

  • All returns must include a Return Merchandise form enclosed in with the return packaging. 
  • All returns must be received by our returns department and processed before closing your event.
  • We DO NOT issue refund checks after your event is closed. We only subtract merchandise from a current open event.
  • Only unopened incentive/reward items may be returned in their original packaging with their indicated full bulk quantity.
  • Some items are non-returnable. If the item you are returning is not on the Merchandise Return form, then we do not accept returns on that item. 
  • Donation Packets, ONLY bundles of 50 unused  packets can be returned.
  • The online donation reconciliation process will begin automatically after returns are received and processed back into our inventory.
    • We will send you the close out form for you to proceed with closing your event.
