What is FundHub?

FundHub is the name of our online software platform. Once teamed up, you will receive a login to your custom-built donation software platform for your next school event style fundraiser. Login to access the donation dashboard to see real time statistics, manage your event details, add in-school (cash&check) donations, view and download various reports, and utilize the Event Toolbox.

What kind of reports can I run?

We offer reports to see data on registration details, donation thresholds or totals, by grade, classroom or date range. We even have an Incentive Tracker that makes distributing incentives a breeze.  All reports are visible and sortable right on your screen, or you may choose to download to any spreadsheet program you wish. No more creating and entering into manual spreadsheets yourself.  All to keep you organized; everything is at your fingertips through your FundHub login!

What is the Event Toolbox?

The Event Toolbox is a section within FundHub that gives you access to everything you need to create a successful event: How-to guides, step-by-step instructions, a plethora of incentive ideas, promotional documents that are ready to print or email, suggested parent communication flyers, press release samples and much more.

What does DIY stand for?

DIY is an acronym for “Do It Yourself.” Our services are web-based and in the "Cloud". You’ll need to facilitate your kick-off/launch and the actual event with your school volunteers, but we help you every step of the way with a Personal Event Coach (PEC), FundHub online donation functions, Student, Classroom, and School Webpages and our resource guides and helpful documents section called the Event Toolbox.

Do our event dates matter to Get Movin’?

No, you select the dates that work best for your school calendar or event timeline. You are in complete control of your event details and make decisions based on what is best for your school culture. We recommend having at least 2-3 weeks between your kick-off/launch date and your actual event to maximize donations.

Do you come to our school?

No, our service is web-based and in the "Cloud" for you to access 24/7 365. We do assign you a Personal Event Coach (PEC) who will be available via telephone and email during business hours over the course of your event. They will help guide you to success from start to finish.

What is the profit percentage?

We are the leader in high profits among all fundraising companies. Our price structure includes an initial setup fee plus online usage fees with earned donor credits. Clients keep 100% of the in-school (cash&check) donations. Most of our clients generally keep 95% of what they raise in total. Are Webpages secure?

Yes, all student and school webpages are secure and cannot be found through any search engine by using the child’s name or school name in a browser search bar. All webpages are encrypted with a 12-15 digit code which makes them very secure. The only way they can be found or accessed is if the parent chooses to share the webpage via email, text or social media.

Do you have tech support?

Yes, we have a chat/message platform for parents when they are logged to their parent account. We also have a user support team and tech support available during business hours via email with a response turnaround time of 24 hours M-F. Your personal event coach is available on an as-needed basis as well.
